Faulty, damaged, or wrong items

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 14 days if the item is faulty, damaged, or wrong. We will evaluate the issue and discuss with you for options to make things right to our best.

After this 14-day dispute period, we cannot accept disputes over faulty, damaged, or wrong items.

Non-returnable/ non-exchangable items

We cannot accept returns or exchanges of special orders, customised products, or gift cards, except for faulty, damaged, or wrong items.

Returns

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your items to request a return for any reason. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags if applicable, and in its original packaging. After the 14-day return period, we cannot accept any return requests.

Returns for exchanges

Many of our items are very popular, so the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to request a return first. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

How to return

To start a return, you can contact us at bags@ushop17.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. 

Refund Process

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not.

 We will refund the amount you paid for the item via your original payment method. Please be aware that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, too. However, we will not refund for shipping fees paid for the original order.
