Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Paypal. ShopPay, ApplePay, and GooglePay.

We also accept cryptocurrencies, including Bitcoin (BTC), Etherium (ETH), and USDC.

Which currencies do you accept for payments?

You can see prices and pay your orders in AUD, USD, CAD, NZD, GBP, or EUR. 

We also accept cryptocurrencies including Bitcoin (BTC), Etherium (ETH), and USDC. The exchange rate used will be set by CoinBase Commercial at the time of the transaction.

Ordering and delivery

Can I alter my order?

Unfortunately, we’re unable to modify your order once we’ve started processing it.

If you need to order a greater quantity or an additional product, you can place a new order online and contact us to combine the postage for your orders.

If you want to change the products ordered or reduce the quantity, please contact us at admin@ushop17.com for instructions on how to return items. 

 

How do I cancel my order?

If you contact us at admin@ushop17.com right after the payment, we may be able to cancel your order before it’s processed. If not, please still contact us for information on how to return items to us. 

Why my order is cancelled?

We only cancel orders if there’s a problem with our stocks. Please accept our apologies.

We will process a refund for you as soon as the cancellation of your order.

When will my order arrive?

Our handbags are made to order, and we aim to dispatch orders within 3 business days. . The average delivery time is 2 weeks. However, sometimes delays can happen at parcel transit centres of our couriers, so your order may take more time to arrive at your door. Your patience is much appreciated. 

Do you ship to my country or region?

We provide worldwide shipping. However,  some countries or regions may have restrictions on imports. If you think this could be the case, please contact the custom for more information. 

Can I track my order?

Yes. We will send you the tracking number as soon as we dispatch your order. You can track your order via our order lookup portal at https://ushop17bags.com/pages/order-lookup

Alternatively, you can always email us for assistance.

Returns & Refund

Can I return an item if I change my mind?

Yes, except for special orders, customized products, and gift cards. You can return your items within 14 days for any reason after receiving your order if the item your want to return is still in its original package and condition when it is received and unused.

You will have up to 14 days after receiving your order to contact us at admin@ushop17.com for return instructions. However, after the 14-day period, we cannot accept any return requests. Once we receive and accept your returns, we will refund you via the original payment method. Kindly be aware you will be responsible for the return postage.

Can I exchange an item?

Yes, the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to request a return first. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

We accept returns for any reason within 14 days after you receive your order. Please contact us at admin@ushop17.com for the return instructions. After this 14-day period, we cannot accept any return requests.

To be eligible for returns or exchanges, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. However,  special orders, personalized items, and gift cards are excluded from our return policy.

 

How do I return an item?

Please contact us at admin@ushop17.com to request the return. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Kindly note that you may be responsible for the return postage. We cannot accept items sent back to us without first requesting a return. You can always contact us for any return questions or assistance.

We will email you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, we will refund you via your original payment method.

Kindly note that shipping is not refundable and be aware that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Do I need to pay postage if I want to return my items?

Yes; you'll be responsible for the return postage.

What do I do if I lose my return note?

We send return notes by email, so if you can locate the email we sent you, simply print off a new one.

If you can’t find this email, please get in touch via admin@ushop17.com and ask for it to be resent to you.

My order has arrived but it’s not as I expected. What can I do?

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or with wrong items, please take photos of the product in question and email the details to admin@ushop17.com within 14 days after receiving your order.

If you change your mind and want to return your order, you also have up to14 days to contact us for return instructions,  provided the item is in its original package and condition when it is received.

However, customized products, special orders, and gift cards are not returnable.

 

How long does it take to return an item?

The return time depends on the post services you used, so we can't provide you with an accurate time frame. In most cases, return parcels can come to us within 4 weeks.

Once we receive your return, we’ll notify you by email. We aim to process refunds within three business days after receiving the item,  but it can take several days for your bank to process the refund into your account or onto your card.
